Get A Better Nights Sleep

Good Oral Health starts as an infant

Dentists Recommend cleaning your infants gums and tongue with sterile gauze or a warm wash cloth after every feeding, breast or bottle.

  • Only put breast milk or formula in a bottle

  • Never clean, a pacifier with your mouth or share spoons

  • It's recommended that a child see a dentist within 6 months of getting their first tooth or by their first birthday

  • Children should have help brushing their teeth twice a day and flossing once a day.

  • Children under the age of 2 should not use a toothpaste with fluoride

If your child is experiencing tooth pain or soreness contact your dentist.

Visit your dentist every six months for a check up and cleaning or good oral health.

Sleep   Well

Parenting can be stressful even with a full night's rest-but when you and your child aren't sleeping well, that stress can skyrocket. Improve your family's sleep with these strategies:

  • Create a schedule and stick to it...

  • Bedtime Routine that lasts 30 minutes putting on Pajamas, brushing teeth and reading....

  • Restrict activities in bed as homework, playing and TV at bedtime...

  • Exercise during the day...

  • Create a comfortable sleeping space reduce noise and light...

  • Limit Caffeine 6 hours before bedtime.
