Get A Better Nights Sleep
Good Oral Health starts as an infant
Dentists Recommend cleaning your infants gums and tongue with sterile gauze or a warm wash cloth after every feeding, breast or bottle.

Only put breast milk or formula in a bottle

Never clean, a pacifier with your mouth or share spoons

It's recommended that a child see a dentist within 6 months of getting their first tooth or by their first birthday

Children should have help brushing their teeth twice a day and flossing once a day.

Children under the age of 2 should not use a toothpaste with fluoride
If your child is experiencing tooth pain or soreness contact your dentist.
Visit your dentist every six months for a check up and cleaning or good oral health.
